For more than 20 years, I've partnered with organisations to develop leaders, build capability and create practical solutions that deliver meaningful and measurable change and increase personal and organisational performance.
I created Leisa Moate Consulting because I knew leadership and capability development could be done differently. Too often, organisations invest significant time, energy and money into initiatives that fail to create lasting change or value. I believe leadership development should be practical, purposeful and deliver value for both people and the business.
Whether I'm partnering with a leadership team, supporting a business owner, private client or leading through periods of change, I'm passionate about helping people find clarity, build capability and make progress that lasts.

About Me
With experience across industries from retail to financial and government services developing leaders through leadership, capability, and coaching programs, and firsthand experience as a leader myself, I’m deeply passionate about helping people grow.
I love combining strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring development initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and backed by data-driven insights.
My approach is simple: I meet you where you are. Whether I'm designing leadership solutions for organisations, delivering tailored coaching programs for individuals, working with small business owners to gain clarity, or leading in an interim role, the approach is the same - putting people at the center. It’s not just about developing capability; it’s about creating real impact.
I bring a strong foundation in adult learning, coaching, and leadership development. I hold a Bachelor’s in Training, and certifications in Training & Assessment and Human Resources Management.
As a Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, I stay connected to global best practices in coaching. Certifications in DiSC, Myers-Briggs, and Franklin Covey methodologies allow me to tailor coaching and development programs to different personalities and leadership styles. With Prince2 and Agile certifications, I bring structured yet flexible approaches to leadership and project management.
